Since no keyway is required, locking nuts with integral locking mechanism reduce shaft cost. Separate locking devices are not required, so installation is faster and easier. III. Installation
Install bearings on conical journals or special fastening sleeves (nut_with_integral_locking_rp)..
1. Place bearing on tapered journal.
2.Turn the contact surface towards the bearing and screw the nut onto the shaft.
3.Tighten the nut with a hook or impact wrench until the required internal clearance of the bearing is obtained.
4.Fastening screws shall be tightened to the torque values listed in the technical specifications (product list) for each product.
Lock the bearing on the cylindrical journal.
1.After the bearing is in place, screw the lock nut into place.
2.Tighten the nut on the bearing with a hook wrench, making sure not to tighten too tightly.
3. Fastening screws shall be tightened to the torque values listed in each product specification (product list).
IV. Disassembly
1.To remove the lock nut, loosen the fastening screw. Even when the fastening screw is removed, the locking nut produces a limited locking torque.
2.To fully release the locking system and facilitate reuse of the locking nuts, tap the area near the fastening screw with a hammer and soft rod. Do not damage the threaded holes of the fastening screws.
3.Unscrew lock nut with hook wrench.

一、类型

由于不需要键槽,带整体锁定装置的锁定螺母可以降低轴成本。另也不需要单独的锁定装置,因此安装更快、更容易。但是,需要多加留意这些锁定螺母的拧松扭矩。拧松扭矩相关信息,请参见各锁定螺母系列的产品参数部分。
二、产品参数

轴螺纹配合(推荐)公制螺纹6g:ISO965-3
拧松带钢插件的锁定螺母,通过摩擦力锁紧在轴或安装套上。由于紧定螺钉拧紧力矩精度、轴或安装套螺纹的表面光洁度以及螺纹上润滑剂量等因素的不同,摩擦力及其产生的拧松力矩会有所变化。锁紧螺母应正确安装到无润滑的或只有少量润滑剂的螺纹上。
锁紧螺母可在指定轴承应用中确保充分的锁定。
三、安装
在锥形轴颈或特殊紧定套(带钢插件的锁定螺母)上安装轴承.
1.将轴承装到圆锥轴颈上
2.将接触面朝向轴承,将螺母拧到轴上。
3.用钩形扳手或冲击扳手拧紧螺母,直到获得所需的轴承内部游隙。
4.紧固螺钉应拧紧至每种产品技术规格(产品表)中所列的扭矩值。
在圆柱形轴颈上锁定轴承
1.在轴承装到位后,将锁紧螺母旋入到位。
2.用钩形扳手将螺母拧紧在轴承上,确保不要拧得过紧。
3.紧固螺钉应拧紧至每种产品技术规范(产品表)中所列的扭矩值。
四、拆卸
1.要拆下锁定螺母,请拧松紧固螺钉。即使当拆卸紧固螺钉时,锁定螺母也将产生有限的锁定扭矩。
2.为了完全释放锁定系统,并便于锁紧螺母的重复使用,用锤子和软棒敲击紧固螺钉附近的区域。不要损坏紧固螺钉的螺纹孔。
3.使用钩形扳手拧下锁定螺母。
