The reinforcement measures for conveyor belt frames over ten meters can be carried out from the following aspects:
1、 Optimize rack design
Adopting an independent and stable structure:
The unloading section can adopt an independent tripod structure, which has reasonable stress and good stability, and can effectively meet the transportation needs of long-distance and large capacity.
The transmission frame can adopt an inverted T-shaped integral frame structure to reduce the wear of the adhesive layer caused by coal adhesion on the transmission drum and reduce the bending stress of the adhesive tape.
Add support and reinforcement connections:
Add supporting structures at key parts of the rack, such as adding cross beams or slant support, to improve the overall stability.
Reinforce the connection parts, such as using welding, bolt connections, etc., to ensure the firmness of the frame structure.
2、 Select high-performance materials
Wear resistant materials: Choose conveyor belts and frame materials with excellent wear resistance, such as polyurethane, nylon, etc., to extend their service life.
High strength materials: The load-bearing components of the rack can be made of high-strength steel to improve its load-bearing capacity.
3、 Adjust tension and maintenance
Adjust tension: By adjusting the tension device reasonably, the conveyor belt can maintain appropriate tension to prevent uneven force on the frame caused by insufficient or excessive tension.
Regular inspection and maintenance: Clean, lubricate, and inspect the rack regularly, replace worn or damaged components in a timely manner, and ensure the integrity of the rack.
4、 Add anti deviation devices
Upper and lower anti deviation vertical rollers: Anti deviation vertical rollers are installed on both sides of the conveyor belt. The diameter and bearings of the vertical rollers need to be selected according to actual needs to ensure their rigidity and anti deviation effect.
Positioning of mobile trolley and roller trolley: If there is a mobile trolley or roller trolley on the frame, it is necessary to ensure the matching between the wheels and the track, and set up positioning devices and anti climbing wheels to prevent the trolley from deviating or falling off the track.
5、 Intelligent monitoring and maintenance
Sensor monitoring: Install sensors in key parts of the rack to monitor its operating status, temperature, vibration and other parameters in real time, and detect potential faults in a timely manner.
Intelligent diagnosis and maintenance: Utilizing artificial intelligence and big data analysis technology to process and analyze sensor data, achieving accurate evaluation of rack performance and fault warning. Based on the analysis results of the intelligent diagnostic system, develop a preventive maintenance plan and regularly inspect, maintain, and repair the rack.
In summary, by optimizing the frame design, selecting high-performance materials, adjusting tension and maintenance, adding anti deviation devices, and implementing intelligent monitoring and maintenance measures, the stability and load-bearing capacity of conveyor belt frames over ten meters can be effectively strengthened.
