The error range of the single row frame to the centerline is controlled within ± 0.1mm, and the error of the frame center along the entire length of the conveyor is less than 35mm. 
Install the driving device: 
Ensure that the drive shaft is perpendicular to the centerline of the conveyor and that the centerline of the conveyor overlaps with the center of the drive drum width. 
The transmission axis is parallel to the axis of the reducer. 
Level all shafts and rollers to ensure good operation without load and power. The horizontal error range of the axis is within 0.5-1.5mm. 
Install tensioning device: 
At the same time as installing the drive device, a tensioning device can be installed. 
Ensure that the centerline of the conveyor is perpendicular to the drum axis of the tensioning device. 
Install the roller frame and upper and lower rollers: 
After the installation of the frame, transmission device, and tensioning device, proceed with the installation of the roller frame and upper and lower rollers. 
The conveyor belt should gradually form a curved arc shape, and the spacing between the roller frames in the bending section should be half of the normal roller frames. 
After installation, ensure that the roller frame and rollers have sufficient flexibility and reliability. 
Install conveyor belt: 
Thread a flexible shaft onto the iron core of the conveyor belt and position the conveyor belt in the appropriate position. Pay attention to the working adhesive facing outward (i.e. the side with thicker adhesive). 
In workplaces that are not suitable for shelving, the conveyor belt drum can be guided open, and the folded conveyor belt has a sufficiently large curvature radius to prevent damage. Do not place heavy objects at the fold. 
If it is necessary to replace the conveyor belt, attach the new conveyor belt to the old conveyor belt and install it together. Ensure that the new and old conveyor belts are parallel to prevent deviation. 
Align the position of the new belt on the conveyor, fix one end of the tape with a fixture, and then connect it to the rope that wraps around the drum and pulley. Use a traction device to maintain balance on the conveyor belt. 
Fix one end of the conveyor belt onto the conveyor frame with a fixture, and tighten the other end with a pulley until there is no significant sagging of the conveyor belt on the return roller. 
Secure the tensioning device at a distance of 100-150mm from the starting point. 
3、 Debugging and inspection after installation 
Debugging drum: 
Ensure that all rollers are kept parallel and arranged in rows. 
Correct the horizontal and center positions of the conveyor. 
Debugging rollers: 
Ensure that all rollers are kept horizontally parallel and arranged in rows. 
Check for deviation phenomenon: 
Belt deviation is a common fault during the operation of conveyor belts. After installation, the belt deviation phenomenon should be checked and adjusted. 
The problem of belt deviation can be solved by installing a self-aligning roller group, adjusting the tensioning device, adjusting the position of the reversing roller and driving roller, and adjusting the position of the load-bearing roller group. 
Other checks: 
Arrange personnel to guard the conveyor belt in sections to prevent scratches and abrasions. Pay special attention to the state of the conveyor belt when passing through the drum and discharge port. 
Regularly check the wear of the conveyor belt and replace severely damaged ones in a timely manner.

    • 将新皮带在输送机上的位置对准后,用夹具固定胶带的一端,然后将其与绕过滚筒和滑轮的绳索连接起来。通过牵引装置使输送机上的输送带保持平衡。
    • 将输送带的一端用夹具固定在输送机架上,另一端通过皮带轮拉紧,直到输送带在回程辊上没有明显下垂幅度。
    • 在距起点100~150mm处固定好张紧装置。

三、安装后的调试与检查

  1. 调试滚筒

    • 确保所有滚筒保持平行状态,并排列成行。
    • 校正输送机的水平位置和中心位置。
  2. 调试托辊

    • 确保所有托辊保持水平平行状态,并排列成行。
  3. 检查跑偏现象

    • 可以通过安装调心托辊组、调整张紧装置、调整改向滚筒和驱动滚筒的位置、调整承载托辊组的位置等方法来处理皮带跑偏问题。
