Use professional splicing equipment, such as splicing presses, to apply specific temperature and pressure to the end of the conveyor belt. These parameters should be adjusted according to the material and thickness of the conveyor belt to ensure that the material can melt or soften and flow together. 
After the splicing is completed, the end of the conveyor belt should be cooled and cured to ensure the strength of the joint.

Avoid overloading: Use conveyor belts to avoid overloading and transport according to the specified load. Long term overloading operation will accelerate the wear and aging of the conveyor belt. 
Storage environment: During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean and protected from direct sunlight or rain and snow. The temperature of the storage warehouse should be maintained between 1840 ℃, and the relative humidity should be maintained between 50% and 80%. During storage, the conveyor belt should be placed in rolls and not folded. 
3、 Safety precautions 
Operator training: Ensure that operators have received professional training and understand the operation and maintenance methods of conveyor belts. 
Regular inspection: Regularly inspect and maintain the conveyor belt and its related components, promptly identify and solve problems. 
Emergency shutdown: In case of emergency, the machine should be immediately shut down and the power should be cut off to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
